[About ordering]

Qualia online shop offers both made-to-order and in-stock sales.

Payment is confirmed at the time of ordering.

Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an order confirmation email.

If you do not receive the email, please check whether it has been sorted into your spam folder, whether your carrier email address has been set to reject emails, or whether your registered email address has been mistyped.

Products are not reserved for stock when added to cart

Once you click "Order" on the payment page, your payment will be completed and your item will be secured in stock.

There is a limit to the number of items that can be sold for pre-order. Please note that orders will close once the limit is reached, even during the sales period.

[About canceling your order]

For made-to-order products, orders can only be canceled during the made-to-order sales period.

Please note that we cannot accept cancellations for any reason after the order sales period has ended.

[Returns and exchanges]

Please be sure to check that the product is in good condition within 5 days of receiving it.

Please note that we do not accept exchanges or returns for reasons such as color/image differences/size not fitting, etc.

We pay close attention to the quality of our products, but due to the nature of the materials, small stains, creases, loose threads, neps, and odors from dyes may occur.

Please note that if there is no problem with use, the product will not be eligible for return or exchange.

If there is a defect in the delivered product

If the product you receive is defective, please contact us via CONTACT or chat, attaching a photo of the defective part.

We will only accept reservations if you contact us in advance.

Please note that we cannot respond to the following cases:

*Products that have been delivered more than 5 days ago

* Products that have been worn, altered, washed, or dry-cleaned, or products that have odors, discoloration, or other storage defects that occur after arrival.

* Stains caused by pressing and hairs sticking to the fabric

Please note that if there is a defect in the product, we will exchange it as a general rule.

If there is no replacement stock available, we will accept your return.

In-stock items will be shipped within 5 business days of the order date.

Regarding shipping of made-to-order products, please refer to each product page.

Please note that due to production circumstances, the scheduled shipping date may be delayed.

There are no deliveries on weekends, holidays, summer holidays, or the New Year holidays.

Please note that if the item cannot be delivered due to your long absence or an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery fee.

Shipping nationwide is 880 yen (tax included)

*1,500 yen (tax included) will be charged for Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands.

We try to make the product photos as close to the actual colors as possible, but the colors may differ from the actual product depending on your monitor settings, room lighting, etc.

We will ship via Japan Post (EMS).
