Because it is a simple T-shirt in a large size, we paid particular attention to the texture and comfort of the fabric. For both type 1 and type 2, we used a double-ply compact cotton yarn with a fine count and few knots for the cotton used in the fabric. We used carefully selected yarn with a 60/2 gauge count and few unevenness, which has been twisted to eliminate the torque of the yarn so that it does not warp during production. By using a 32G tight knitting, we have achieved a thin fabric that is not see-through and does not shrink easily. Furthermore, during the dyeing process, we apply a special wash and tumble processing after dyeing to bring out the beauty and softness of the cotton yarn to the maximum.
